How you can pay
You can pay for your order with:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay — on Apple devices in Safari
Which options appear at checkout depends on your country, your device and your browser. The full list of what is available to you is shown on the payment step before you confirm the order.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the country you are shopping from. Your bank or card issuer may still apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee — that fee is set by them, not by us.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If that email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Security
The checkout runs on Shopify and all payment data is encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card number — card details go directly to the payment provider.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account, although your bank may show a temporary authorisation for a few days. If you think you have been charged twice, email support@alpenwarm.de with your order number and we will sort it out.
Import duties
Import duties and taxes are not part of the amount you pay us at checkout. Please read Shipping & Delivery before you order.
